Can I cancel my order ?
We run a fully automated process and orders are usually dispatched the same day, we are therefore unable to cancel your order if it has already been sent out.
Can I change my shipping address ?
Yes you can change your shipping address if you are able to contact us before your order is dispatched, please carefully check the address you have entered as once it has been shipped we are unable to change it.

Can I return my order?
Yes, all orders come with a 30 day return policy from the date of delivery. Returns on adult sex toys will only be accepted if the box it comes in is unopened and not used. Any items that have been used or opened will not be accepted due to our high health and safety standards. If you wish to start the return process please contact Daddy by email and I will issue you with a return address. Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping to send it back to the United Kingdom.
